SHIPPING
*Free Shipping applies to those orders with continental United States destinations. Hawaii, Alaska and International orders may but not always incur a small shipping charge. You are welcome to contact us regarding any questions or concerns regarding shipping and/or request a shipping quote.
We primarily utilize USPS for all shipping needs although UPS, FedEx and other carriers may be used. Please allow 1-3 business days for your item to ship. Items will typically arrive within 2-10 business days depending on whether the recipient is domestic of international. Need if faster? No problem!! Simply contact us and we will expedite the shipping. A slight shipping charge may be incurred.
Lastly, any fees associated with an international order (e.g. customs, imports, duty etc) are the responsibility of the buyer however we will do our best to assist with these when possible. Please review the specifics of your country accordingly.
RETURNS
We want to ensure you LOVE your purchase! 💜 If not, we absolutely accept returns and exchanges -no questions asked. Simply send us a message or email within 14 days of the item(s) arrival stating your intention and we can initiate the return/exchange process. The item must be received in good condition by Rockology within 30 days of arrival in order to process the return. This return policy is extended into the New Year for the Holiday Season. Of note, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping unless special arrangements have been made.
