Grand Dugway Geode #1

Large Dugway Geode with great sparkle and visual appeal. Grand Dugway Geode #2 is the other half.  Glittery microcrystalline Quartz and white Chalcedony is surrounded by bands of light blue and earth-toned Rhyolite. Notice the interesting see through opening and tubular cavity formations. The scalloped frame adds texture and appeal. Dugway Geodes were formed 6-8 million years ago by volcanic activity.
