Here's Looking At You Septarian Slab

Ornate yellow, grey and brown eyes and striations cover the polished face of this Septarian Slab. Yellow crystals fill a central geode opening. Septarian is derived from the Latin work septem meaning seven. These nodules were formed 50-70 million years ago in Utah. Mud balls which created this mineral cracked with seven points in every direction creating the crackle pattern. The yellow centers are composed of Calcite, the brown lines are Aragonite and the outer grey skin is Limestone. Septarian ensures peace and harmony giving balance to body, mind and spirit.
