Double Sided Septarian Heart

Utahn hand polished Septarian Heart. Beautiful on both sides.  Elegant and thoughtful gift item.  Septarian is derived from the Latin work septem meaning seven. These nodules were formed 50-70 million years ago in Utah. Mud balls which created this mineral cracked with seven points in every direction creating the crackle pattern. The yellow centers are composed of Calcite, the brown lines are Aragonite and the outer grey skin is Limestone. Septarian ensures peace and harmony giving balance to body, mind and spirit.
