Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree – Gift Ideas!

Gift Your Friends With Holidays Treasures They’ll Love – And That Rockhounds Will Love Shopping For!

Holiday gift shopping just got a little bit easier.

I love giving gifts to people that show them I’ve put some thought into finding something that I really think they’ll love. I’m always on the lookout for things that reflect my love of design as well as their interests and to accomplish that most effectively; beginning or adding to a collection is always a great choice.

Books are a perennial “go to” holiday gift favorite. This year, instead of simply ordering books online to give as gifts why not pair them with gorgeous bookends? It’s a stunning gift that a) is fun to shop for b) can be added to from year to year and c) will be a big hit with the recipients. In my book (pardon the pun) that’s a winning combination!

For your best friend who loves to travel, imagine how happy a pair of Brazilian Agate Bookends with a few books on South America would make them.

For your father who loves Westerns how about starting him on a collection of Louis L’Amour novels and a pair of Arizona Petrified Wood bookends to showcase them with?

Have someone on your list that is a devoted foodie? Cookbooks, travel books featuring the food of a certain destination or region or a collection of celebrity chef books paired with bookends crafted from salt blocks are absolutely kitchen perfect.

There’s nothing that says you can’t have fun indulging your passion for Rockhounding while holiday shopping for family and friends! So this year, have some fun and deck those halls… with glorious bookends.
